Realtor/Leasing Agent/Property Managers' Clients (Buyers/Prospective Tenants and Sellers/Landlords)

This account allows Realtor/agent's clients to be able to participate in the showing process. There are many powerful features that enable the sellers/landlords and buyers/prospective tenants to see the showings and feedback in realtime. Without this account, clients will be in the dark and they will have to call their respective agents to get the information regarding the showings and feedbacks.

• Account created by a Realtor/Agent


This account is created by a Realtor/Agent/Property Manager and added as a client. After account has been created and if it is allowed to log in, buyer/seller/prospective tenant is notified with user ID and system generated password.



• An account with many purposes


A client can be attached to a property as a seller/landlord or as a buyer/prospective tenant or both.



• Enables buyers/prospective tenants to view showing activity


If a client is added to a showing as a buyer/prospective tenant and if the client is allowed to login, client can see that activity in that account



• Enables sellers/landlords to view feedback or confirm/decline/cancel showings


If a client is added as a seller/landlord to a property and if the client is allowed to login, client can confirm/decline/cancel (if allowed), view showings and feedbacks.



• Enables sellers/landlords to update property information (if permitted by the agent)


If a client is added as a seller/landlord to a property and if the client is allowed to login, client can update property information (if permitted by the agent), so the agent does not have to, this can be useful if the listing is pass-through MLS listing.
