Feedback is the most important piece of information that can help you sell/rent your home/listing faster. It is imperative that you take this information very seriously to make sure that any concerns stated in it are addressed. Here are some tips that can help:

• Ask specific questions


Ask specific questions that can help you understand why buyer/prospective tenant may or may not be interested in the property.



• Do not have more than 10 questions in your questionnaire


Try not to overwhelm buyers/prospective tenants, ask less than 10 questions possible or you won't hear back at all.



• Create answers for questions which can be selected by the buyer/agent/prospective tenants


If you create pre-established possible answers for your questions, you will have a better chance of getting the showing feedback. Also, it will help in capturing showing feedback that can be easily viewed on aggregated graphical reports in the feedback section.



• Contact buyer/agents/prospective tenants


In case if you have a question, contact buyer/agent/prospective tenant via our system after you have received the feedback to keep track of all the communication at one place.



• Take Action


Based on the feedback, take required actions and contact those buyers/agents/prospective tenants via our system to inform them regarding your steps, so they can come and see the property again.
