We provide web based showings and feedback service to FSBO sellers, Landlords and Real Estate professionals. With EZShowings, instead of calling the lister
for showing appointments, prospective buyers/agents/tenants request showings online from any listing website where you have listed your property. Also, EZShowings
gets the showing feedback automatically, so you can remedy issues reported in the feedback and sell/rent your property faster.

- How do I list my property?
You can list a property in a few quick steps, you can either add a property manually or via the MLS integration.
- Can I add a seller/landlord to a listing? (for Realtors/Agents)
Yes, you can add a seller/landlord to a property and then they can receive showing emails. You can also allow them to log into the system
and view showing activity. In addition, you can allow them to view showing feedback and also confirm showings.
- Can a seller/landlord login? (for Realtors/Agents)
Yes, you can allow seller/landlord to log in and view showing and feedback activities. Also, you can allow them to confirm showings.
- Can I set unavailable dates for my property?
Yes, you can set unavailable dates for you property and showing requesters will not be able to request showings for that period. This is useful when property is not available for showings for a specific period of time.
- How do you handle vacant property showings?
You can set a property to be vacant property and when a showing is requested for the property, showing is automatically confirmed. If there are showing instructions, those can also be sent if desired with confirmation email.

- How can I request a showing?
A showing can be requested via our website or from the website where property is listed.
- What showing/feedback parameters can I set on my property?
You can set many showing/feedback parameters, such as showing days, times, showing overlap, unavailable dates, Open House dates, advance notice requirements, feedback questionnaires, etc
- How do you handle showing conflicts?
Our system keeps track of all the showings that your property has and when a showing is requested, we check against all the showings
and also against all the showing parameters for your property.
- How do you help me pre-screen buyers/tenants?
We have created a list of questions that you can enable to be asked when a showing is requested. When a prospective buyer/agent/tenant requests
a showing, s/he answers those questions and the data is stored with the showing, so you can review those answers before confirming the showing request.
- Can I add showings on my listing?
Yes, you can add showings on your own listings. This is useful when a buyer/tenant/agent calls you directly to request a showing. Also, you can enter showings that have occurred in the past to get showing feedback on them.
- Can I assign a buyer to a showing? (for Realtors/Agents)
Yes, as a showing agent, you can assign a buyer to a showing. Your buyer will get confirmed showing emails and can login to the system if allowed by you.
Property Feedbacks
- How does showing feedback process work?
Once a showing is completed, the system sends a showing feedback request to the showing requester. The process repeats four times until the showing feedback is provided . If showing feedback is not received, you can send a manual request to the showing requester once per day.
- How does showing feedback help me sell/rent my property faster?
Without showing feedback, you will not know why your property is not selling/renting. With showing feedback, you can see what buyers/agents/tenants think about your property and that will allow you to take appropriate actions to sell/rent your property faster..
- Are there any feedback questionnaires that come with my account?
Keep in mind, you can always create your own feedback questionnaires/templates, but every account comes with a couple of showing questionnaires with most commonly asked questions/answers. You can either use system provided questionnaires for your properties or copy/update them to make your own.
- Can I create my own showing feedback questionnaires/templates?
Yes, you can create your own showing feedback questionnaires/templates. You can either copy an existing questionnaire/template and add more questions to it or you can create a questionnaire/template from scratch. Keep in mind, each account comes with a few questionnaires/templates that contain most commonly asked questions or you can copy/update them to fit your needs.
- Can seller/landlord view showing feedbacks? (for Realtors/Agents)
If allowed by you, sellers/landlords can log in and view showing feedbacks. Also, they can view showings for their properties.

- Do you provide reports for showing and feedback activities?
Yes you can create reports on showings, feedbacks and other related activities easily. In addition, you can have the reports sent out to your email everyday at a specified time.
- Can I make my property's calendar public?
By default, property calendar is not public; however, if you make the calendar public, it would show showing requesters available times for a property and this can make the showing process much smoother for them as they would not have to keep trying to find an open time slot.
