Nowadays, most of the listing sites share their listings with each other to increase listing exposure, this practice is called listing syndication, for example, most of the MLS listings appear on Realtor.com. With that in mind, we provide you with a unique link (URL) to your listing when you add your listing in our system. You can place that unique link in your property description and ask users to use it or click on it to request showings, and when your property is syndicated to other listing sites, the showing link inside the property description will travel to those other sites, so buyers/agents can request showings from those sites. We handle the rest from that point forward.
