Features for Office Assistants

We understand that every large brokerage office has one or more assistants which are tasked with managing day to day activities including showing and feedback activities. In those cases, office assistants play a vital role by managing showing and feedback for all the agents and in order to manage these activities, they need to be able to have access to agents' accounts.

• Free Account


Office assistant accounts are free, but before you create one, make sure that your agents have created agent accounts, so they can change their preferences and add you as the office assistant.



• Manage Agent Accounts


Office accounts are independant of agent accounts and when an office assistant account is created, agents will need to link to it, so the office assistant will have access to them.



• Confirm/Decline/Cancel Showings


Once agent accounts are linked with an office assistant account, office assistant can manage all of the showing activities on agent's behalf.



• Run Reports


Office assistants can run showing and feedback reports on any agents they are linked to.



• Request Showings


Office assistant can request showings on properties not listed by the agents.



• Perform Showing and Feedback related Activities


Office assistants can perform almost any activity that an agent can perform on their behalf.
